Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using EditThisPic ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

EditThisPic is an AI-powered image editing service that lets you edit photos by describing changes in plain language. The Service is operated by Sovereign Firm.

3. Accounts

You may use EditThisPic without an account for limited free edits. Creating an account (via magic link email) is required to purchase credits or subscriptions. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

4. Payments and Credits

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually). You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; your credits remain active until the end of the current period.
• Credit packs are one-time purchases. Pack credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• Free edits are limited to 1 per week per user.
• All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
• Prices are displayed in your local currency where available. The amount charged is final and includes any currency conversion.

5. Refunds

If you're unsatisfied with a purchase, contact support@editthispic.com within 14 days. We handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Subscription renewals you forgot to cancel will be refunded promptly upon request.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload images you do not have the right to edit
• Use the Service to generate illegal, abusive, or harmful content
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits, credits, or payment requirements
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service's APIs
• Use automated tools to access the Service at scale without permission

Edits that violate content safety policies (as determined by the underlying AI model) will be blocked automatically. Repeated violations may result in account suspension.

7. Intellectual Property

• Your images: You retain all rights to images you upload and edits you create. We claim no ownership over your content.
• Our service: The EditThisPic name, design, and code are the property of Sovereign Firm.

8. Image Processing

Images you upload are sent to Google's Gemini AI for processing. Images are not stored permanently and are not used to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for details.

9. Service Availability

We strive to keep EditThisPic available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. If we discontinue the Service entirely, active subscribers will receive a prorated refund.

10. Limitation of Liability

EditThisPic is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Email Communications

When you submit your email address to EditThisPic — for example, through the "email this edit to me" form, the save-and-send flow, magic-link sign-in, or checkout — you agree to receive:

• Transactional emails: delivery of your requested edit, receipts, payment confirmations, sign-in links, account notices, and customer support replies.
• Product and marketing emails: occasional updates about new features, tips, and offers from EditThisPic and other Sovereign Firm products. We won't share, sell, or rent your email address to third parties.

You can unsubscribe from product and marketing emails at any time using the one-click unsubscribe link included in every such email, or by emailing support@editthispic.com. Unsubscribing does not affect transactional emails required to deliver the Service.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be communicated via email or site notice.
