   Upload a clear portrait with a visible face

   A front-facing or three-quarter portrait with clear facial features gives the AI the best base for character transformation. Simple or neutral backgrounds make it easier for the AI to replace the setting entirely. Close-up to waist-up portraits work best — full-body shots may have less facial detail to work with. JPG, PNG, or WebP up to 7MB.

   Expect: Simple character transformations: 35–50 seconds. Complex armor or multi-element transformations: 45–60 seconds, often benefiting from a refinement pass.

   Describe your fantasy character in detail

   Be specific about race, class, armor/clothing, setting, and any distinctive features. 'Transform into a high elf mage with pointed ears, flowing silver robes with blue runes, and glowing staff, set against a starlit night sky' gives the AI a complete picture. Cover: character type (elf, dwarf, wizard, etc.), clothing and armor, notable features (tattoos, horns, glowing eyes), and background setting.

   Tip: Think of your description in three layers: the face transformation (pointed ears, eye color change), the clothing/armor, and the background setting. Describing all three gives you a complete fantasy portrait rather than just a costume overlay.

   Review the character transformation and likeness

   Check that your facial features are still visible and recognizable beneath the character transformation. Review the armor/clothing for consistency and the background for atmosphere. Fantasy transformations look best when they feel immersive — the lighting should match the setting (firelight for a dungeon scene, cool moonlight for a forest).
