This is the source for your full color run. Higher resolution gives cleaner garment edges across all variants. JPG, PNG, or WebP up to 7MB.

   Expect: Simple solid garments (tees, hoodies, joggers): variant in 15–30 seconds on first pass. Structured garments with multiple design elements (lapels, zippers, pockets, topstitching): 30–60 seconds, may need one detail-check pass. Textured knits and ribbed fabrics need explicit weave-lock phrases.

   Describe each color swap and name what to lock

   Type the full instruction: 'swap the clothing color to cobalt blue, preserve all seams, stitching, pockets, and fabric texture exactly — only the hue changes.' For structured garments, list the specific elements: 'preserve the button placket, topstitching lines, ribbed collar and cuffs.' The more elements you name, the more consistent your variant set.

   Tip: Build a template prompt for your specific garment and reuse it for every colorway: 'swap to [COLOR], preserve [LIST YOUR GARMENT'S SPECIFIC DETAILS] exactly — only the hue changes.' Consistent prompts produce consistent variant sets.

   Download and verify marketplace compliance

   Check each variant at 100% zoom: garment structure intact, background is pure white, no color fringe on garment edges. For Amazon: verify no grey tint, no shadows, no props visible. For Shopify and Etsy: a soft cast shadow is fine. Return to the original photo before each new colorway.

   Refine any detail that didn't carry through

   If a zipper pull, button, or topstitch line lost detail, tap a marker on that specific area and regenerate: 'restore the zipper pull detail at the chest — do not change the color, only restore the hardware detail.' Markers isolate the fix to the exact zone.

   Tip: Check your full variant set at thumbnail size first. Detail issues are usually consistent across passes — fix the template prompt before running the remaining colors, not after.
